Indulge in Miami Nightlife | Nightlife Activities Near El Paseo Hotel

July 12, 2016

A trip to Miami just wouldn’t be complete without indulging in some of the famous Miami nightlife, but the cover charge can be pretty steep if you plan on club hopping 'til the sun comes up. Not to mention many clubs get crowded and have to turn party people away. But you don’t need to skip the night life entirely. Thankfully, our hotel – El Paseo – is located near some of the best bars and clubs in Miami that are guaranteed good times, minus the cover charge and with manageable crowd sizes.

Twist – Popular LGBTQ+ friendly South Beach dance club on Washington Avenue, less than a ten minute walk from Espanola Way where El Paseo Hotel is located. This LGBT hotspot features seven different bars, three dance floors, and a different style of music in each room. They're open seven days a week so you never have to miss out on the drag queens and nightly performances.

Sobe Live – If hip-hop is your music of choice, then Sobe Live is the club for you. Their main style is hip-hop but they also feature R&B and reggae with live performances on weekends. Ladies get in free 'til midnight most nights and bottle specials are always happening. This must-visit South beach spot is located a few minutes from Twist on Washington Ave. Make sure you look out for celebrities too, because they’ve been known to show up here.

Mango’s Tropical Café – While Mango’s isn’t technically a club, you won’t want to miss a stop at this sizzling hot Latin café where gorgeous dancers put on performances for guests. Also, live music and cocktails are always flowing. Mango’s is located on Ocean Drive which is less than five minutes away from El Paseo by car.

Kill Your Idol – For great music, good beer, and lots of laughs, try Kill Your Idol over on Espanola Way. The feel of this bar is very laid back with a hint of hipster vibes. Live music and DJ’s keep the atmosphere pumped while guests mingle and take pictures with a life-size Bruce Lee statue. This hip bar with a nightclub vibe is great for those who want the dance scene without the cover charge and crowded feel of an actual dance club.

So, try out one (or all) of these hot places for a true Miami nightlife experience before bringing the party back to your deluxe suite at El Paseo Hotel to order champagne and dessert from our 24-hour room service.
