Try the Watermelon, Cantaloupe, & Pineapple smoothie if you are craving refreshment and tropical energy. Pineapple is high in Bromelain which is effective in preventing cancer, helping digestive disorders, reducing allergies and asthma, improving sinus infections and alleviating joint pain. Another favorites amongst locals is Jugofresh, notorious for their for their cold pressed juices and clever names. Our favorites are the “Himalayan Monk” made of pear, celery, cucumber, romaine, spinach, kale, lime, ginger, and himalayan sea salt. For something sweeter and more filling, try the “Sueno” which is made of H2O, cashew, date, cacao powder, vanilla extract, himalayan sea salt, and coconut water. Both taste delicious!
